Roto-Rooter provided me with exceptional customer service when both my bathtub and toilet were clogged. The plumber's ability to explain the subject matter in layman terms and to exhibit patience when I asked for more explanation, is why I am writing this comment.

The three man crew that performed my sewer line replacement were very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond, allowing my children to watch and ask questions. I am extremely pleased with my service!

The plumber was extremely competent, polite, and efficient. He was diligent about clean up when he finished. That was a big plus for me as I am physically disabled.

The serviceman did an excellent job clearing the sewer lines. He also gave us some helpful hints to avoid this problem from reoccurring. He was very friendly and it was great having someone who knew their job.

Roots had clogged our sewer line again, so we requested a second service. The serviceman was very gracious about coming again and arrived promptly.
